As Finance Director in addition to having responsibility for the ongoing accounting controls I spend much of my time planning and looking forward. In finance we have a team of 4 and adopt a proactive approach in supporting other managers in the business.
I look after ISO standards 9001, 14001 and the implementation of 13485 with certification expected in May 2017. Being a QA Manager has changed with the introduction of revised standards meaning that I work with all employees as part of a professional and committed team who take pride in the quality and service Karomed offer.
I have over 10 years’ experience in advertising and marketing across a range of industries. At Karomed, I find it very rewarding to promote a forward thinking, patient led British manufacturer that is so skilled and well regarded within the industry. I have 20 years’ experience in various industries; commercial, manufacturing and retail and have worked as a Human Resource Manager for Teasdale and Karomed for over two years. I enjoy the variety of the role, and have a hands on approach.
