The Francesca is designed to be used as a seating solution
on acute wards and in day rooms within the community environment.
This product is ideal for patients who may lack good sitting
balance or need rest without going to bed.
Recommended use for the Francesca chair includes ward and
bedside, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation,
dayrooms and lounges and special needs.
The chair can also be used in outpatients departments where
treatment is given without bed rest, such as haematology/oncology
wards in the treatment of cancer, chemotherapy, enabling patients
to sleep during their treatment.
The integral pressure reducing cushions assist in preventing
pressure damage. The level of pressure reduction provided
depends on the integral cushion selected.
